‘Deus é mulher’, afirma a cantora Ariana Grande em seu novo clipe

Mundo – Nesta sexta-feira, 13, a cantora Ariana Grande lançou o clipe do terceiro single do seu álbum “Sweetner”: “God is a woman” (Deus é mulher, em português). Nos Estados Unidos, a cantora várias recebeu críticas por utilizar o nome de Deus.

“Pare com a blasfêmia”, escreveu um fã. “Não, ele (Deus) não é (uma mulher)”, respondeu outro seguidor. “Isso é tão desrespeitoso. Não seja assim só porque você é uma celebridade, Ariana”, disse outra garota.

Os internautas fizeram os comentários em uma publicação no Instagram da revista Elle, em que Ariana é a capa acompanhada do título da canção.

Outros fãs defenderam a cantora, rebatendo com outras teorias de que Deus é agênero e que existem crenças que acreditam nele como uma mulher. Até Elza Soares, que já tinha interagido com a cantora após a divulgação do título da canção, entrou na defesa: “Que plantem batatas”, disse para os que estavam reclamando.

No clipe, Ariana Grande recria obras de arte que fazem referências à Deus e trabalha com o imaginário religioso, enquanto canta uma história de sedução entre um casal. O trabalho foi dirigido por Dave Meyers, que já ganhou um Grammy por trabalhos anteriores.
